Ladyboys or what people called in Thailand "Katuay" are so common and popular to other countries. Some are so so beautiful that you do not want to believe it. The appearance is 100% perfect woman. I mean not all the ladyboys are hard to differentiate. But some really are hard to know on first sight.
The most perfect one usually has the operation and change their gender. This can be done in Thailand and people usually talk about it and make joke of it.
I once was watching Thailand got talent and was amazed by the appearance of one ladyboy. He was one of the contestants. He came up on stage and sang a song, it was totally a girl. Then next turn, he totally change his vocal to be a man and surprised all the judges and me.
