Teenager Takes a Selfie With a Squirrel, Moments Later Teenager Is Attacked by Squirrel

The War on Selfies continues. The Leader of the Free World, President Barack Obama has all but said he's over it. Colleges are banning selfies at graduation. James Franco is making selfies more and more unappealing by the day. And the latest development: Squirrels aren't having any of your s--t either.
Brian Genest, 17, spotted "what appeared to be a friendly looking squirrel" sitting on a hand rail at John Chestnut Park near Tampa, Fla. "I approached it making a clicking noise with my tongue, phone drawn," Brian told Buzzfeed.
It did not go according to plan.To say the least. He explained, "When I got close enough, the squirrel actually tried grabbing my phone. I shook it off, then snapped this photo." And then the squirrel snapped.
The camera's flash apparently scared the squirrel and, "Next thing I knew, the squirrel was on my shoulder, then under my shirt, and then hanging off my back!" he continued. "This photo is courtesy of my mom, who collapsed laughing shortly after."
For the record, Brian's mom says, "I think he got a little lesson from the squirrel that he's not really its buddy." We say: #Karma (#NoFilter #Follow4Follow #SquirrelPorn) (For the record, Brian was unharmed and didn't even need to get a rabies shot, so we can all laugh with--at?--him and not feel too bad about it.)
