Breaking news: Thailand Prime Minister Yingluck is dismissed from office by Constitutional Court

Breaking news: Thailand Prime Minister Yingluck is dismissed from office by Constitutional Court today at noon. Along with her 9 colleagues from the senate were also dismissed. But the court didn't appoint new PM because it's not in its jurisdiction.

The The 10 individuals whose caretaker status has ended are: Yingluck, Surapong Tovichakchaikul, Chalerm Yubamrung, Kittiratt Na-Ranong, Santi Prompat, Anudith Nakornthap, Siriwat Kachornprasart, Pracha Promnok, Yutthasak Sasriprapa and Plodprasop Suraswadi.

Yingluck was elected and took over the office since August 10, 2011. The Constitutional Court ruled that PM Yingluck abused her power in transferring Mr. Thawil, the chief of National Security Council.

Yingluck testify that she didn't do any wrong doing. And the transfer didn't benefit her family.

She said,"She has the authority to transfer any official legally as Prime Minister."
